Aquasox

When we took Deklan to his first major league baseball game we got a sweet hook-up and sat second row right behind home plate in Atlanta. Friday night Deklan got to experience the nose bleed seats in Everett. We saw a Mariners minor league team, the Aquasox.

The field was very small (although in all fairness the only other minor league field I have been to is the Clippers). The Aquasox actually shared their field with the local high school.

A home school group I joined organized the outing which included dinner, the game, and fireworks after. It was a lot of fun.

I had a better picture of Merrick but look at how funny his face looks here :)

Deklan really wanted a foam finger but they didn't have any, so instead we got him a shirt.

This was the view of the mountains from our seats. Aren't they amazing.

During the 7th inning stretch they let the kids go out and sing "Take me out to the ballgame." Deklan is the one in the white shirt almost to the larger group.
