The second time Deklan went whale watching this summer was when Uncle Ron and Aunt Mary Ann were here. We took the ferry to Friday Harbor again but this time we took this boat.

They let the kids drive the boat a little. Captain Deklan. I didn't get to see it but Anna also got to drive the boat.

Here is what we had all been waiting for WHALES!!! It was so amazing to see them. In this pod (although you can't see it here) there was a baby that was 1 day old. So cool.

What a great adventure you all having in Seattle. Just time of all the great memories you are making as a family. It looks like a really beautiful place. I miss you and will talk to you soon.
