You're breaking the law

Last night while we were trying to get the boys ready for bed, Jonathan told Deklan to lay in his bed, under his covers and he would be there to lay with him in a minute.

Deklan said, "Daddy you are breaking the law."

Jonathan, "why?"

Deklan, "because it is against the law to make someone do something against their will and I don't want to go to bed. So you are breaking the law."

Jonathan, "well you should call the police and see how far you get with them."
